Ms. Alvarez has more than thirty (33) years of experience in the fields of civil engineering, project management, design, and computer-aided design.
Her experience includes water / wastewater facilities and sewerage system projects, stormwater / drainage, environmental permitting, earthworks, roads systems, hydrological and hydraulics studies, oil-contaminated water projects, site audits, feasibility studies, and proposal preparation.
Ms. Alvarez has used her talent and vast knowledge of the detailed permitting requirements of federal, state, county, and city agencies on many projects, coordinating technical issues, planning, performing quality control, working with suppliers and local authorities, and has been extensively involved in environmental permitting at all levels of government agencies.
